Conroe Wood Products is looking for an energetic and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our company to build and develop its sales force.

We are a lumber wholeseller with customers all over the US.

This is a ground floor sales position, meaning there is tremendous growth opportunity moving forward with immediate income opportunity and long-term growth.

We are a small company of 5 employees. We have a lot of opportunities to grow our business and reward our sales team through our uncapped commission.

Conroe Wood Products has openings for Full-Time sales representatives.


Job Details

• Shift: 8am 4pm (No Weekends)
• No Cold Calling or Warm Calling.

Must be willing to follow up on quotes.

• Competitive Salary Based on Experience Uncapped Salary and comission

Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.


Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales in the lumber industry.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
• Familiarity with CRM programs, such as Salesforce and Hubspot. We will train
• Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain customer loyalty
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• Computer proficiency must be able to navigate the Internet and use Microsoft Office Outlook programs, Quickbooks

Pay:
$58, $64,724.00 per year
