Over the past 4 years, we have become one of the leading social media marketing agencies for restaurants in Germany. With our team of 8 (average age: 24), we help our approximately 50 clients nationwide to attract more guests through professional Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok marketing. With a six-figure annual turnover and long-term contract relationships, we aim to multiply our customer base, acquire new B2B partners, and reach over 200 clients by 2024. That's where YOU come in, to complement our team. Our management is also simultaneously building a second start-up - yoursquares GmbH - in the digital real estate sales sector, where you could also be involved.

What can you expect?

  • You will independently manage the Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts of numerous restaurants nationwide
  • You will oversee social media projects and be responsible for post planning
  • You will handle onboarding and independent communication with new clients
  • You will design and create professional graphics, reels, and TikTok videos
  • You will engage with the online community on our clients' social media accounts
  • You will develop social media strategies for your clients and implement them
  • You will act as the main point of contact for up to 20 clients
  • You will execute organic and paid advertising campaigns
