What you will learn with us:
  • Accompanying and guiding people with disabilities in their daily lives in group homes

What you bring with you:
  • Secondary school diploma + training as a helper (e.g. social assistance or childcare), technical diploma or general university entrance qualification + 240 hours of experience in a social pedagogical context
  • Positive attitude towards people with disabilities
  • Empathy, openness and curiosity
  • Teamwork, reliability and responsibility
  • Identification with the tasks, goals and values of Caritas
