What you will learn with us:- Accompanying and guiding people with disabilities in their daily lives in group homes
- Developing individual and interest-based activities

- Performing basic and medical care
- Administrative and organizational tasks and documentation
- Secondary school diploma + training as a helper (e.g. social assistance or childcare), technical diploma or general university entrance qualification + 240 hours of experience in a social pedagogical context
- Positive attitude towards people with disabilities
- Empathy, openness and curiosity
- Teamwork, reliability and responsibility
- Identification with the tasks, goals and values of Caritas
- Personal training and support
- Various opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and implement your own ideas and projects
- Training allowance according to the Employment Contract Regulations (AVR) plus allowances and special payments
