We are currently looking for a nursing professional (m/f/d) for our client in Dresden.

Your task is to provide care and activation measures to promote the well-being of our residents.

This includes promoting mental and physical mobility, accompanying residents to doctor's appointments or therapeutic measures, and assisting with errands, shopping, and leisure activities.

Your responsibilities:


  • Providing care and activation measures to promote the wellbeing of our residents
  • Actively shaping the daily routine of residents and promoting mental and physical mobility
  • Inpatient care of patients

Required skills:


  • Previous experience in caring for residents in a nursing facility
  • Sociability, patience, and empathy when dealing with people who require assistance
  • Good knowledge of German (B2 level)

Required professional training:


  • Completed qualification as a care assistant according to § 43b SGB XI (formerly § 87b) is mandatory
