CJS is a team-oriented self-starter highly skilled and Responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy.

Vacuums floors, carpets, empties trash receptacles, special projects and replace lining of trash cans.


Requirements:

Responsibilities and Duties Include - General maintenance

• Responsible
• Reliable
• Team work

- follow safety and company rules
- open schedule

• Bilingual a plus
• Clean record
• Requires bending, stooping, reaching up, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Employee must be drug free. Must be exceptionally reliable and keep a schedule.

Janitor skills

• 1+ years janitorial experience
• Ability to work well under mínimal supervision

- capacity to take direction Strong attention to detail Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25-30 pounds as necessary
