Description

• Assist the client with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and light housekeeping
• Prepare nutritious meals and help with meal planning and preparation
• Provide companionship and engage the client in social and recreational activities
• Monitor the client's health and wellbeing, and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of the client's care
• Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment for the clientreport to nurse any changes in status Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a home health aide or similar role
• Certification or training in home health care, nursing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing highquality care
