- Write, review, and publish Markets Division documentation, primarily but not limited to, supervisory procedures
- Ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and adhere to all policy and regulatory requirements
- Complete all required assessments, exercises, training, and affirmations in accordance with Bank Policies and Audit requirements, including Business Continuity Planning
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Financial services experience, preferably in Corporate and Investment Banking businesses or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Effective organization and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
