    Join Our Client's Team as a Visionary Leader for the Early Intervention Program in Lowell, Massachusetts

    Our client in Lowell, Massachusetts is searching for a dynamic leader to oversee their Early Intervention Program, continuing a tradition of community-centered work and dedication since 1975.

    As a key member of the leadership team, you'll shape the future of the organization and impact the lives of over 600 children and families annually.

    Picture yourself leading a team of 60+ early childhood specialists and clinicians, collaborating to provide exceptional services.

    Through innovative initiatives like the Early Intervention Parenting Partnership Program, you'll support families beyond conventional boundaries.

    In this role, you'll unleash your creativity, drive innovation, collaborate with talented colleagues, and make a difference in the Lowell community.

    Requirements:

    • Experience with Early Intervention services
    • Bachelor's degree in an Early Intervention (EI) Core Team discipline, Management, or Business Administration
    • Minimum of five years in human services and/or management
    • Strong understanding of service systems in the community
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Experience in supervising clinical and support staff
    • Familiarity with Massachusetts Early Intervention philosophy and standards
    • Work experience with infants, young children, and families
