Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deli Manager to join our team.

As the Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our deli operations, including inventory control, food production, and team management.

Duties:

Manage daily deli operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Supervise and train deli staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
Oversee food production, ensuring quality and consistency
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
Coordinate catering orders and ensure timely delivery
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
Utilize POS system for sales tracking and reporting
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in restaurant management or food service management is required
Strong knowledge of deli operations, including food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Proven ability to manage inventory control processes effectively
Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fastpaced environment
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Proficient in kitchen management techniques and food production processes
