Larking Village Property

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30

Key Qualifications:
This is a Season Position from May 20 through September 6, with a total of 20-30 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth

Qualifications:

Education
High school diploma or GED required
Experience
13 months of related experience preferred
Experience

with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Skills & Certifications:
Valid Driver's License required
