Role

Quotient is looking for a Senior Salesforce Solutions Analyst who is able to work in a fast-paced agile environment with changing priorities.

The candidate will be scoping, defining, designing, delivering, and supporting solutions for Lead to Cash process.

The ideal candidate will have the right mix of business process expertise and technical knowhow of Salesforce Platform to recommend and develop solutions that leverage out-of-the-box capabilities or extend the platform through customizations, as needed.

Responsibilities

Be the subject matter expert to help design and deliver solutions that will enable business teams better leverage the Salesforce platform, AppExchange Apps, and integrated 3rd Party applications
Collaborate with business stakeholders or process owners to refine requirements, document functional specifications, and translate them into technical deliverables
Work with stakeholders to develop test plans, test procedures, and acceptance criteria for signoff
Implement enhancements to Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Knowledge Base, etc.), integrated applications (DocuSign, Conga, NetSuite, etc.), and Quotient specific customizations
Expertise with development tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Eclipse IDE, Migration Tool, etc.)
Advise on best practices and offer recommendations that keep a balance between standard out-of-the-box configurations and complex customizations
Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
7+ years of recent Salesforce experience with one or more active Salesforce certifications
Experience developing custom solution on Salesforce platform – Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.
Ability manage and deliver multiple projects and initiatives in an agile environment
One or more Salesforce certifications demonstrating knowledge as a Developer
Experience working with and integrating with Salesforce AppExchange Applications
Current on Salesforce releases, integrated applications, and emerging technologies
