With over 3 million accounts opened and more than 7,000 distribution partners, Nickel is a huge success story.

Since 2017, Nickel has been part of the BNP Paribas Group, one of the largest banking groups in Europe.

We have nearly 800 employees in Paris, Madrid, Lisbon, and Brussels and are looking for reinforcements for our team in Berlin.

Responsibilities:
You will report directly to our Head of Operations for Nickel Germany.

Within the contact center, you will inform, advise, and support customers and retailers in all matters (inbound B2B and B2C).

The position is based in Berlin and is available immediately

Your tasks will include:

Supporting and handling inquiries from customers and retailers through various channels
Building customer and retailer relationships
Maintaining our high quality standards
Activating customers or retailers to use the Nickel account
General backoffice tasks
First line of defense for financial risks (fraud, money laundering, etc.)
Proactively contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
