- Lead and manage data centre construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee all phases of project execution, including planning, coordination, and on-site management.
- Work in close collaboration with an electrical specialist, ideally bringing additional mechanical expertise (though not mandatory).
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled.
- 5-8+ years of experience in construction management, particularly with extensive exposure to data centre projects.
- Demonstrated success in managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership skills and hands-on project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
- Flexible work arrangement with the possibility of one remote workday per week.
