At the Karlsruhe location, we are looking for you as a Sales Representative (m/f/d), ideally with a completed apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant / office clerk (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d).

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:
Coordination of service activities with manufacturers and other sales organizations
Contact person for processing orders from major customers and for all customer concerns
Responsible for master data, item and price maintenance
Preparation of evaluations and statistics
Calculation of services for customers, monitoring of open items and clarification of complaints
