• 3+ year experience in Swimming Pool Industry
• 3+ year Successful Experience in Fast Paced Top Level Sales
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have reliable transportation with valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass drug test/have clean background report with no felony
• Pool Studio Experience Preferred

• Conduct "Design Consultation" where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and benefits of pool ownership.
• After assessing customer needs and expectations, designs and recommends a backyard pool utilizing professional pool design software.
• Conducts immediately and proficiently with customer and schedules follow up appointments.
• Conducts "Design Presentation" where the sales person represents the company and provides the customer great explanation of the process of building a pool using presentation binder.
• Provide a completed contract packet to business manager for approval.
• Be present on site at Day of Dig and Day of Gunite to walk customers and construction managers through job phases.
• Build referral relationships.
• Exceed customer expectations.
