Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
  • Utilize telemarketing strategies to generate leads and secure sales appointments
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey product information and benefits
  • Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads and customer interactions
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of technical sales or technology products is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills

Pay:
$62, $72,412.00 per year
