About Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo

Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo provides you with the unique opportunity to meet and greet with guests who share your enthusiasm for the great outdoors at our authentic Florida dude ranch, which lies on 1,700 beautiful acres overlooking the scenic Kissimmee River and just one hour South of Orlando.

Enjoy the surroundings and excitement that our amazing resort offers such as incredible outdoor recreational opportunities, including horseback riding, airboat and swamp buggy rides, trap & skeet range, full-service marina and award-winning Saturday night rodeo.

As a Server, you will

Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
Write orders on check or memorize it.
Relays instructions to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
Serve patrons by chafing dishes at the table.
Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when a meal has been completed.
Complete all assigned side work and special projects.
Become familiar with all menu and bar recipes.
Total bills and accept payments or refer guests to the Cashier.

Qualifications

Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
Follow instructions without close supervision.
Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be at least 18 and have a valid FL State Driver's License to drive company golf carts.
Westgate Resorts is a smoke and tobaccofree workplace. Except where prohibited by law, applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for positions at Westgate.
Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
