Through our integration department in the field of gardening and landscaping, we offer secure job opportunities for individuals with and without recognized disabilities according to ยง 2 SGB IX and/or for long-term unemployed individuals with limited access to the job market.


We are currently seeking a dedicated gardener (m/f/d) to join our team in Grefrath on a part-time to full-time basis (75% - 100%).


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Green and shrub maintenance: You will be responsible for mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and creating new lawn areas. These tasks require attention to detail and the ability to promote the health and growth of plants.
  • Bed area maintenance: You will maintain the bed areas by removing weeds and planting new flowers and plants.
  • Minor paving work: In addition to maintaining green areas, you will also perform minor paving work.

Your profile:

  • You have completed training as a gardener specializing in gardening and landscaping or have a comparable qualification.
  • You possess a valid driver's license for class B. Additional qualifications such as BE, C1, or C1E
