Managing Director (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

After an individually tailored training and gradually taking over all tasks, you will be responsible for

Managing a team of approximately 40 employees;
Strategic and operational management of the company, including complete company organization and economic and investment planning, while adhering to occupational safety and legal regulations in the waste management industry;
Ensuring customer satisfaction for our existing customers and acquiring new customers;
Conducting calculations and price negotiations, as well as being responsible for material flow management;
Developing the company and exploring new business areas.
