POSITION:

The purpose of the Member Support Specialist is to assist the Studio Manager with new membership sales and intro class bookings, support current members with their studio needs, and present all patrons with retail and service offerings.

Member Support Specialists must be comfortable in a sales role, while also providing excellent member service. Pilates and/or fitness knowledge or background is helpful but _not_ required. We are looking for someone who can be a part of our studio hype squad


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Execute sales protocols for prospect followup, membership sales, or intro class booking
• Conduct tours of the facility while actively engaging with individuals
• Achieve personal and studio level sales goals
• Help to maintain a clean and orderly studio
• Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Must be comfortable with public speaking in groups of up to 12 people
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Goaloriented with an ability to achieve membership, retail, and service objectives
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Punctual, reliable and professional
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team
• Ability to adapt and evolve in an everchanging fastpaced diverse environment
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone
• Reliable means of transportation to studio and occasional offsite events
