Description
Cleaning person needed for apartment complex. Position is Part-Time, from 9:00am - 2:00pm.Responsibilities:
- Clean vacant apartments (priority)
- Clean office daily, this includes the bathroom, changing out toilet paper or paper towels as needed.
- Laundry facility must be cleaned daily.
- Clean grounds.
- You must dependable and ready to work as a team player.
- You are responsible to take inventory on cleaning products, let manager know if you need supplies. This should be done 1 week in advance.
- All vacant apartments must be ready for new tenants within 2-3 days.
- Must have dependable vehicle.
