As part of our in-house trainee program, you will go through the following stages:

  • Stage 1: Accelerated training in the field of "Retail Merchants" with above-average remuneration from the beginning.
  • Stage 2: Continuation of qualification as a specialist or manager with a fixed salary and a real employment contract.
  • Stage 3: In preparation for a possible role as a future leader, you can take the exam to become a certified trainer (IHK).
