For our new team at the Cottage City, MD location, we are looking for dedicated and reliable employees (m/f/d) who enjoy a diverse range of tasks.


Your role with us

  • 6 to 8week training at another audius location for the perfect start at audius
  • Acceptance and monitoring of disruptions in factory and building operations
  • Control of building management systems
  • Recording of all processes in an audiusspecific order system
  • Creation and assignment of fault reports to the correct specialist team, including processing of feedback
  • Working in a 3shift system with the possibility of working from home and corresponding time off

Your convincing profile

  • A plus but not a must: First experience with a recording/ticket system
  • Career changers are welcome
  • Friendly and polite personality
  • High resilience and ability to grasp concepts, as well as independent action
  • Willingness to learn, teamwork, and customer orientation
  • Reliability in implementing prescribed processes
  • Good PC and MS Office skills
  • Basic technical understanding and interest
  • Very good German language skills, both written
