We provide complex and competent human resources work at a high level for the diverse fields of activity at Kaiserswerther Diakonie.

As a communicative organizational talent with knowledge of wage tax and social security law and the ability to work independently, you will support us in our demanding tasks.

Join our human resources team in payroll processing starting April 1, 2023, on a full-time basis.

What to expect

  • Responsibility for the care of a defined group of employees from entry to exit, with the exception of contract creation
  • Recording and maintenance of personnel and movement data in SAP HCM for monthly payroll processing
  • Contact person for employees and managers for all payrollrelated questions
  • Processing of collective bargaining, social security, wage tax, and supplementary pension law issues
  • Participation in upcoming projects and assumption of special payroll tasks
  • Analysis and reporting
