    We are currently seeking a passionate and committed individual to join our team as a Finance Operations Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage our service department, playing a crucial part in our mission to deliver exceptional service and assist our clients in achieving their financial goals.

    Salary for this position: Starting at $60,000 - $75,000 (plus bonuses and profit sharing)

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Manage the service department, ensuring two staff members efficiently process everything from withdrawal requests to new business applications.
    • Refine operational processes and systems for better efficiency, implementing key overhauls to optimize workflows.
    • Lead the transition of our business, developing and executing plans for seamless integration and high service standards.
    • Supervise the preparation for client reviews by an in-office advisor, ensuring all documentation and reports are prepared accurately and promptly.
    • Lead the service department, promoting an environment of growth and high performance, and ensuring team members are motivated and aligned with company objectives.
    • Consistently review and improve service delivery, introducing new methods and enhancements to achieve superior client satisfaction and operational excellence.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Demonstrable experience in managing and leading teams, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategic plans, particularly in business transitions or integrations.
    • Understanding of the financial services industry, including client servicing and regulatory requirements.
    • Ability to adapt to changing environments and propose innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and business efficiency.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
