    Genesys is growing and Deal Desk team is looking for an accomplished Senior Financial Analyst with finance, data, and teamwork skills who can thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial organization.

    The primary role of Deal Desk is to provide guidance and recommendations on deal pricing, commercial structure, and contract terms and conditions to optimize revenue, bookings, and cash in-line with the Company's financial and strategic objectives


    Primary responsibilities :
    Develop Sales Facing and internal tools to enable Deal Desk processes and provide structure for the Go-to-Market Teams
    Create and build out a "Deal Economics Calculator" to drive increased Average Revenue Per User and reduced discounts across the portfolio
    Interpret deal data and provide decision support for senior executives.
    Support transformation initiatives related to the function of the Deal Desk within Genesys, particularly related to price realization improvements and quote-to-cash processes, in collaboration with Sales Operations, Revenue and Billing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Legal, Pricing, Product Management, and other functions


    Minimum requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Statistics, or other technically related fields.
    At least three years of relevant business analytics experience. Experience within SaaS/Cloud industry a plus. Investment Banking. FP&A or Consulting would also be a plus.
    Experience with heavy financial modeling (Excel) required
    Ability to analyze and interpret data to develop insights and recommendations that synthesizes information across functions and perspectives.
    Highly organized, ability to self-start and self-direct work in an entrepreneurial environment.
    A strong listener, communicator, and presenter with the ability to convey complex concepts in a succinct, simple way. Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility with senior leaders.
    Exceptional business partner with outstanding ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally and at multiple levels of the organization.


    Compensation:
    This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

    $68, $135,050.00
