    Description:

    We are seeking friendly front facing individuals to assist our patients with checking in for their appointments, scheduling the next appointment, ect. This position requires flexibility and dependability. Front Desk/Hospital Admissions Representatives are assigned to a location or desk but may need to cover a different desk or location at any given time based on call outs or vacation.

As a Front Desk/Hospital Admissions Representative you will have the opportunity to serve our patients with five star customer service


    • Greet, register, prepare paperwork, and admit patients.


    • Use ER Express, CPSI, Rectangle Health, WebPT and more as aids to serve our patients.


    • Collect co-pays/deductibles and interpret insurance benefits.


    • Call and remind patients of upcoming procedures.


    • Scan paper work and all other applicable files into patient charts.


    • Answer patient inquiries via phone, web, email, or in-person.


    • Other tasks as assigned by the operation.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    Medical office experience preferred

    Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

    Prompt, dependable, friendly, organized and trustworthy are traits applicable for this position

    Basic computer skills/knowledge (typing/keyboarding, navigating programs)

    Ability to utilize basic office equipment, such as: Telephones, Calculators, Writing Utensils, Fax Machines, Copiers, etc.

    Professional attitude and appearance

    Solid written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

    Excellent organizational skills

    Collaboration and communication with all team members

    Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
