We are a private dental practice located in Lomita (near South Torrance/Rolling Hills) seeking a Spanish speaking dental receptionist to join our team.

Dental Assistants who want to try Front Office are welcome to apply

This is a full-time position with performance bonus, medical & dental benefits, 401(k), and company perks.

A dental receptionist roles are:

  • Scheduling patients for appointments and followup calls after treatment
  • Welcoming patients and coordinating their documents as they come in for their treatments
  • Calling insurance companies for benefit eligibility
  • Data management
  • Translation and presentation of treatments for Spanish speaking patients
  • Checking out patients and taking payments
