Under supervision, reviews, edits, uploads, and maintains Site Visit Reports in the ACGME Accreditation Data System (ADS) to ensure compliance with departmental policies and guidelines.
Serves as the primary point of contact for Site Visit Reports with Accreditation Field Representatives and Review and Recognition Committees and prepares regular reports and summaries for the department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review, edit, track completion of changes to, and upload final Site Visit Reports into the Accreditation Data System per department guidelines and in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide editorial and quality assurance review for new Site Visit Report forms, Accreditation Data System notification letters, and letter codes.
- Communicate with Accreditation Field Representatives on Site Visit Report corrections, answer questions, and provide ongoing education on identified areas for improvement.
- Actively participate in operational improvements in Site Visit Report forms development and management and site visit scheduling.
- Prepare regular reports, data tables, and visual charts to track and summarize data on key department metrics.
- Provide administrative support to the Field Activities team with various projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- Two years of earned college credits (transcript must be provided)
- Two to three years of general professional/administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other MS software.
Preferred- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and followup skills.
- Ability to work with clear guidelines and mínimal supervision.
- Skilled in working under tight timelines and comfortable organizing and balancing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
- Ability to recognize and solve problems.
- Demonstrated common sense and dependability.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONSThis position is based in a typical office environment with no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands.
