Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the residential and commercial pool service sector.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new contracts and enhance sales with existing clients.
Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities and manage sales forecasts to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and materials that support business development efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to advise on potential impacts on the business.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the pool service industry or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
A resultsdriven approach with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A selfstarter with a high level of energy, motivation, and a teamoriented attitude.
Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License
Must have a clean MVR
Must be 21 years or older
