    Job Description Salary: 80-120K DOE

    Senior Accountant


    About Us:
    Zerova Technologies designs and manufactures a complete line of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions that power brands globally.

    As a subsidiary of Phihong Technology, Zerova leverages their 50+ years of experience as a global manufacturer of power products to provide an industry-leading product portfolio to address a broad set of EV charging use-case scenarios.


    Zerova places importance on cultural compatibility with its partners and strives to integrate green energy, carbon reduction, and sustainable development practices into its solutions.


    Responsibilities:
    Identify and resolve invoice issues working closely with other

    departments/warehouses
    Route received invoices for proper approval prior to payment
    Enter payable information into the Company's general ledger
    Process payments (checks/wires)
    Solve vendor payment issues
    In charge of month end close and financial statements
    Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining supporting records
    Provide accurate and timely reports including financial analysis and operational metrics
    Manage weekly cash flow and Bank reconciliation
    Responsible for sales tax
    Assist with annual financial audit and statutory audits
    Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual close processes
    Maintain fixed asset database
    Resolve expense report discrepancies in compliance with corporate guidelines
    Perform other duties as assigned


    Requirements and Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    5+ years work experience in General Accountant level
    Excellent Excel skills including pivot table, V-look up

    Experience using Microsoft Suite tools:
    Word, PowerPoint, Teams
    Cross functional collaboration skills with high level of communication
    Detailed oriented, able to multitask and prioritize workloads with competing deadlines
    Self-motivated, quick learner, thrive in a fast-pace environment, team player
    High attention to detail
    Experienced in International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
