- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to implement and uphold Individualized Service Plans.
- Conduct regular room checks and manage any overnight emergencies or crises.
- Maintain detailed records and reports, following agency protocols.
- Uphold the mission, values, and procedures of Anthony's Villa in all interactions and services.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience with children in foster care is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
