In this position, you will receive and process wide-format print work on a variety of substrates utilizing large format color printers.

This is a hands-on role and will require expert knowledge of large format equipment, including pre-press, printing, cutting, finishing, and installation capabilities.

The Print Production Operator consistently produces quality products to meet customer specifications, company quality standards and Print Production Manager's guidance.

• Independently operate large format printer to required production standards
• Accurately process digital files for production with Fiery RIP software
• Operate digital cutter and router safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with graphic team, Print Production Manager and shipping team regarding critical job details and deadlines
• Load/unload finished product from machine
• Make efficient use of inventory on hand
• Produce digital products to customer specifications and quality standards
• Maintain accurate quality control records
• Load inks and perform regular routine maintenance on equipment
• Perform any necessary finishing, including laminating vinyl, packing graphics for shipping and accurately assembling signage and graphics as specified
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment
• Follow Print Production Manager's direction and guidance

• GED or High School graduation
• Minimum (2) years' experience in largeformat production with EFI VUTEk equipment
• PC literate, able to navigate files and folders to set up equipment for production
• Motivated to learn new digital equipment and print techniques
• Quality focused, ability to recognize quality issues and recommend solutions
• Selfmotivated team player
• Physical abilities: Able to lift up to 60 lbs., stand for a full 8 to 12hour production shift, handle and maneuver materials, lifting from floor to table height
• Must be able to use and read a standard tape measure
• Exceptional math skills & creative problem solving
• Ability to report to work as scheduled to support business operations
• Ability to take on occasional late night and/or weekend work
