:The Transformation Healthcare INC (THI) Driver is a dedicated and reliable professional who ensures that
clients get the best care possible. Drivers are responsible for transporting clients or handling deliveries in a
timely manner. Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the
vehicle and planning each route based on road and traffic conditions. Ultimately, you will help us increase
customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs. You must have and
maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations.
Requirements:
- Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations
- Run errands as needed
- Arrive at destinations on schedule
- Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups
- Pick up clients from the place and at the time scheduled
- Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage
- Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up to date on road conditions
- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
- Answer clients' questions about the area and local places of interest
- Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays
- Always interact with clients professionally
- Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
- Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
- Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
- Book car wash and detailing services to maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
- Keep mileage records and repair records up to date
- Other duties and responsible as assigned
