China Mobile International is seeking to hire a Legal Specialist (m/f/x) to serve as the internal chief lawyer for the Europe region. This individual will provide regulatory guidance and advice to company employees and teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, with a focus on telecom-related services, information technology solutions, computer networking systems, software installation, licensing and support, equipment maintenance, and other professional services agreements. Provide advice on legal, financial, and business considerations related to these commercial transactions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing improvements to business processes to support the contracting process and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Manage the entire contract cycle, including modifications and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Support the company's legal matters in the Europe region.
  • Advise internal clients on company processes, contract status, and make recommendations based on company policies and standards.
