Description

We are Susquehanna Automotive, and we are changing the automotive customer buying experience with a focus on PROCESS, CULTURE, and EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT.

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team of 130+ team members at our two locations, in Wrightsville and Willow Street.

Duties:

Oversee recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate onboarding processes
Handle employee benefits administration and inquiries
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulations
Support training and development initiatives for staff
Collaborate with management to address HRrelated issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of OSHA regulations and employment laws
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
