RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a warm, welcoming, inspiring on brand customer experience
- Resolve customer needs quickly through swift communication and partnership from leadership
- Drive customer retention and loyalty through customer service and follow through
- Acts as brand steward in all interactions with customers and partners
- Assist in receipt of shipments as well as merchandising; ensure selling floor is adequately presented and stocked to brand standard
- Other tasks assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
- Established and proven track record in Sales and/or Customer Service
- Positive and friendly demeanor toward every customer and colleague
- Experience in antiques, art, and home furnishings required
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Selfstarter, quick learner, and a team player
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system and POS system.
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
- Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store weighing up to 40 lbs
