Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create a warm, welcoming, inspiring on brand customer experience
  • Resolve customer needs quickly through swift communication and partnership from leadership
  • Drive customer retention and loyalty through customer service and follow through
  • Acts as brand steward in all interactions with customers and partners
  • Assist in receipt of shipments as well as merchandising; ensure selling floor is adequately presented and stocked to brand standard
  • Other tasks assigned by leadership

Qualifications:


  • Established and proven track record in Sales and/or Customer Service
  • Positive and friendly demeanor toward every customer and colleague
  • Experience in antiques, art, and home furnishings required
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Selfstarter, quick learner, and a team player

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system and POS system.
  • Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
  • Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store weighing up to 40 lbs
