    Description

    gpac, a 30+ year recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the drywall industry. They are looking to fill a Project Manager/Estimator position at their company.

    This is an amazing opportunity for experienced professionals looking to take the next step in their career. As a PM/Estimator, you will be responsible for detailed take-offs, computer-generated estimates, proposals, schedule of values, and contract reviews using OST.

    Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities:

    Conduct detailed take-offs for projects

    Generate accurate computer estimates and proposals

    Review contracts and schedules of values

    Manage project budgets and timelines

    Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project success

    Project Manager/Estimator Essential Job Functions:

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Proficiency in construction estimating software (On-Screen Take Off)

    Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards
