The job responsibilities:

As a customer advisor (m/f/d) in our branch, you will be responsible for comprehensive advice and support for our national and international clients together with your colleagues in the field. This mainly includes the following tasks:

  • You act as an important link between our company and our clients, providing them with cross-sector advice both by phone and in writing (excluding car, credit and pension insurance)
  • You independently carry out premium calculations, create offers and process applications
  • You also use your negotiation skills in discussions with insurers in business and claims processes, and carefully review insurance policies and documents
