Description
Mitchell Volvo is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Saturday Receptionist/Greeter.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests visiting our dealership on Saturdays.

As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our dealership.

Hours are 8:30-5:00 Saturdays.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet all guests entering the dealership with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or employee
  • Direct guests to the correct department or service desk upon arrival
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a clean and organized appointment log
  • Assist customers with general inquiries about our products and services
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area /customer areas
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Follow dealership policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
