We are looking for a full-time TEAM LEADER for the ARUSO Erding job center in Shelburn


The main responsibilities include:

  • Managing and leading the performance team
  • Overseeing and optimizing work processes, including quality assurance
  • Coordinating cross-team processes within the job center
  • Handling complex cases related to benefits
  • Serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries and objections
  • Recording accommodation costs in OK.FIS and reconciling with the Bavarian Center for Family and Social Affairs
  • Processing review requests according to § 44 SGBX
  • Handling cases involving (witness) protection
  • Managing the team of employees responsible for benefits.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Civil servant (m/f/d) at the 3rd level of the administrative and financial career path, or administrative assistant (m/f/d), or employee (m/f/d) with equivalent qualifications.
