- Coordinate with graphic designer & social media coordinator to incorporate visual elements into the website.
- Gather user feedback from both the website and app to understand the user experience and address concerns to curate suggestions for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly to ensure a seamless user experience.

- Conduct periodic audits to identify and rectify outdated or inaccurate content.
- Work with appropriate departments to ensure in room TVs have the most up to date info. This should ideally mirror the information reflecting on the app & website.

- Must be able to acquire a Colorado Gaming Support License.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proven experience as a website content coordinator or similar experience
- Strong understanding of google analytics, web development, content management system (CMS), and SEO principles.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and content management tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple task and deadlines
- Analytical mindset to interpret website analytics and user feedback
- Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia content is a plus
- Familiarity with app development and maintenance process is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, web development or a related field
