- Will maintain, repair, install and perform preventative maintenance on all refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines and any other refrigeration related equipment.
- Will braze and solder copper pipe and fittings to make repairs to refrigeration lines.
- Inspects kitchen machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards and make any repairs or adjustments as needed.
- Design and implement plans for new installations.
- Coordinate and schedule outside contractors as needed.
- Adheres to departmental quality standards.
- Follows all safety rules.
- Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
- Reviews assigned work orders and determines work priorities.
- Working as part of a team you must be willing and able to help out in other areas of the Facilities department when needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Five (5) year of HVAC and refrigeration experience in hospitality or related field.
- Must be knowledgeable in the use of electrical test instruments such as a multi-meter.
- Must have an EPA Certification.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical trades.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
