HOURLY PLUS BONUS.
- ABILITY TO FOLLOW A SCRIPT & MANAGE OUTGOING CALLS.

- ABLE TO BE A TEAM PLAYER
- SPANISH IS A PLUS NOT REQUIRED

We are currently looking for experienced, energetic, detailed oriented Representatives to work in our Call Center.
Qualified individuals must possess excellent customer service skills, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and have strong problem solving skills.

- Punctual, responsible and have a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Meet personal/team goals

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
