    Sales Bizlab is We are currently seeking an Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks and support our team in delivering excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate for this position is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

    Job: Full time

    Monday to Friday

    Weekends free

    Pay Range:

    $ $24.00 hourly

    THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

    Location: Miami, FL

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
    • Support the office staff and assist in daily office needs
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
    • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
    • Prepare and distribute memos, correspondence, and reports
    Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven experience as an office clerk or similar role
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
    • Basic knowledge of office equipment (computers, printers, etc.)
