Core Responsibilities:


  • Develop & maintain relationships with delinquent customers.
  • Conduct Inbound/ Outbound calls.
  • Maintain a portfolio of accounts in varying degrees of delinquency across multiple customer personas.
  • Perform escalation steps on specific accounts and regular monitoring of accounts
  • Negotiate settlements with customers.
  • Create & Schedule Payment Arrangements
  • Handling general inquiries from existing customers
  • You will address ongoing customer complaints concerning billing or service rendered and work on complaints of service failures with designated departments.
  • Skip tracing accounts for collections
  • Ensuring conversations and payments are well documented.
  • Troubleshoot concerns for customers.
  • Act and encourage customers to make timely debt payments; build a positive rapport.
  • 35 years' experience in collections, commercial & 3 Party collections a plus
  • Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) experience is a plus.
  • Strong skip tracing
  • Excellent written, oral, and reading communication
  • Problem solving, proactive and analytical mindset
  • B2B and B2C experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Credit Reporting
  • Ownership mindset & Team Goals First
  • Ability to work in fastpaced environment; independently and in a team environment
  • Notary is a plus

Pay:
From $45,000.00 per year
