Description
TE Connectivity's manufacturing/production teams in Manchester, IL transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure the flow of components.

They perform exchange and installation tasks according to the production plan, conduct quality checks following existing processes, and document the results as required by our quality procedures.

Each team member is responsible for maintaining and organizing the work area, as well as adhering to TE Connectivity's environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) policies and procedures.


Your responsibilities with us:


  • Support the production management in daily operations
  • Document training and maintain the training database
  • Assist in implementing occupational safety projects
  • Implement continuous improvement and 5S measures in daily operations
  • Create work instructions

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Currently studying in the field of building/supply engineering, real estate/infrastructure management, construction/engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in understanding operations and maintenance topics related to building/production systems in an industrial environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated, trustworthy, teamoriented, and able to work in a structured and conscientious manner
