This is an HR Business Partner to a RVPHR and regional team, which will be responsible for providing human resources services and products that support the growth and business objectives of the organization, while liaising with HR Centers of Expertise ensuring organizational alignment, and maintaining and enhancing Levy's culture, vision and values.

The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.

An employee champion and change agent, the role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, partnering with operational leaders and centers for expertise to implement industry leading solutions.

Remote position - preferably in the East or Central region

Detailed Responsibilities:


  • Serves as a figurehead and expert for Human Resources within the Division and serve as a member of the Company's Human Resources Leadership Team.
  • Evaluate the business needs and set the strategic direction for the HR function in the Division, using statistical information and analytics to anticipate future needs, consequences, results, priorities, and trends.
  • Partners with the Division President and Regional Leadership team to create and implement the people strategy within the Division, in a way that supports the delivery of the Division's KPIs.
  • Ensures compliance with labor and employment laws, company HR standards and policies, home office HR initiatives, procedures and standards within the Division.
  • Partners with Division President and Regional Leadership to ensure team member stability and long termgrowth attainment through workforce planning and creation of divisional people strategies.
  • Drives, supports and coaches division and location HR leaders.
  • Design, own, implement the Division's engagement strategy. Responsible for the oversight of engagement strategies within the division.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics with the region to identify trends to be addressed.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Consistently strives to provide creative and innovative Human Resources ideas to enhance all operations within the Division.
  • Oversees employee relations, labor relations, recruiting, training, rewards and recognition, and all other HRrelated functions for all businesses within the Division. Manage and participate in processes as appropriate.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy and Core Signature guidance. Participate in the development of Company policies, procedures, and best practices, representing Division interests, needs, and priorities.
  • Lead, monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals and work with the T&TD team to source appropriate solutions. Facilitate training as appropriate.
  • Partner with the Centers for Expertize and fellow Regional Directors to shape and develop Companywide HR strategy.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • 5+ years' experience in a generalist HR leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Human Resources
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • SHRM certification
  • Working as part of a multifunction, remotely based team
  • Outstanding presentation and influencing skills
