    About you:
    • Excellent product marketer, with deep domain expertise in messaging and positioning, ideally at the intersection of SaaS and IoT enabled devices
    • Knowledgeable or curious about AI, property tech, smart buildings, CRE space, energy management, and data-driven products
    • Great at crafting clever, attention-grabbing content, while also driving it home with the goods - technical analysis, guidance, and how-to details that are actually useful and build trust with our key audiences
    • Dynamic and confident; able to lead, influence, set goals, communicate, and drive projects across cross-functional teams and the company
    • Data-driven and a strategic problem solver
    Your responsibilities:
    • Driving product marketing efforts, including positioning, messaging, brand voice, competitive analysis, go-to-market strategy, storytelling, and product launches; support integrated marketing and demand campaigns
    • Defining and communicating value propositions that differentiate us, winning the hearts and minds of customers, analysts, stakeholders, and their organizations
    • Overseeing and producing exceptional external-facing content, including core collateral, customer stories, webinars, videos, and more
    • Promoting strong feedback loops with the product, sales, and customer success teams
    • Training our sales teams on how to sell our solutions and grow the business
    • Influencing the product roadmap based on a complete understanding of the buyer, how they buy, and needs
    • Analyzing how potential partner relationships contribute to product growth, recommending partner growth strategies, and leading partner go-to-market activities
    • Speaking at events and conferences

    • Adept and comfortable at analyzing and synthesizing data in order to shape, develop and direct strategic business and sales plans
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to confidently present to customers and engage effectively and credibly
    • A culture keeper, who contributes positively in a team environment and enjoys collaborating and influencing teammates at all levels across functions
    • 7-10 years of product marketing experience, including experience with the smart buildings space, enterprise SaaS, and data products
    • BA/BS Degree in a technical or business field required, MBA preferable
    The salary range for this position will vary based on candidate level, experience, and location. The base salary for this position contemplates a range of $150,000 - $225,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and a background check is required upon employment.
