Job Description Overview**:

The Epsilon Product Operation and Marketing Project Management Organization is a dynamic organization committed to driving positive change for our company.

We seek a highly motivated and adaptable Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of various organizational projects. You will thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and often ambiguous environment where every day is different.

Key Responsibilities:

Help drive the implementation of programs essential to Epsilon's success.
Promote operational excellence: identify and execute opportunities to optimize our organizational systems and processes.
Collaborate and maintain regular communications with key team members across the Epsilon organization; demonstrated capabilities as a solid communicator, both written and verbal.
Ensure stakeholders and functional partners are aligned on critical objectives for the Product and Marketing organizations.
Leveraging critical insights from the business and product performance work with crossfunctional partners to identify opportunities and recommend prioritization of product, strategy, and process initiatives.
Work closely with a crosssection of functions and geographies and lead distributed teams through influence to accomplish these programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience

Thrives in an everchanging environment, often stepping into the "unknown" to solve new processes for new and evolving products.
Ability to identify blockers and facilitate progress.
Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience defining, documenting, and deploying organizational processes.
Experience in identifying inefficiencies and alternatives for improvement for best practices.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment.
Experience working with and managing processes in workflow management systems.
Ability to collaborate, providing examples of collaboration across organizations.

Nice to have:

Ability to analyze data and feedback from multiple sources to understand trends and drive impactful changes.
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects across development and production.
Proven track record in defining, enforcing, and tracking key business metrics.
Ability to adapt communication style to various organizational levels, from team members to executives.
Experience in a Productled organization, either as a product manager, program manager, or both.
Experience in digital media and marketing technology.
Experience with Jira and/or Workfront.
Experience with Pragmatic Framework.

Platform knowledge

Project Management software: Workfront and/or JIRA is a plus.
Adobe Creative Cloud

Microsoft Office 36

Mac/PC platform literate
